- 1 pack low calorie iced tea drink mix
- 3 cups [750 mL] water
- 3 cups [750 mL] crushed ice
- 3 tablespoons [45 mL] lime or lemon juice

- Dissolve iced tea mix into water.
- Into a blender, pour 1 cup [250 mL] tea, 1 cup [250 mL] crushed ice and 1 tablespooon [15 mL] lime or lemon juice.
- Thoroughly mix; pour into a tall glass.
- Repeat operation twice.
