Mint Tea

  • 2 cups [500 mL] water
  • 30 mint leaves
  • 3 tablespoons [45 g] sugar
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] green tea
  • Pour water into a saucepan.
  • Add mint leaves, sugar and green tea.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Pour tea, through a sieve, into a teapot.
  • Serve warm.
