- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] instant coffee
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] boilling water
- 2 ounces [60 mL] Coffee Cream Liqueur
- 2 or 3 marshmallows
- Grated chocolate
- 2 or 3 roasted almonds

- Into a cup, mix together instant coffee and cocoa powder.
- Pour in boiling water; mix well.
- Flavour with Coffee Cream Liqueur.
- Serve, decorated with marshmallows, grated chocolate and roasted almonds.
