Moroccan-Style Tea

  • 2 cups [500 mL] water
  • 1 cup [250 mL] fresh mint
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] Chinese green tea
  • 6 tablespoons [90 g] sugar [or more]
  • Tiny cups
  • Boil together water, mint and green tea.
  • Stir in sugar, to taste.
  • Leave to rest for 5 minutes before serving, into tiny cups.
