- 4 tablespoons [60 mL] finely ground Jamaican coffee
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] grated orange rind
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL ] cinnamon
- 1 [1-inch / 2.5-cm] long piece vanilla bean
- Hint ground clove
- 1 cups [1 L] hot boiling water

- Into a tightly closed plastic bag, well mix together all dry ingredients; transfer mixture into a paper coffee filter.
- Arrange into a coffee filter and slowly pour hot boiling water over mixture.
- Leave to drip, then serve.
