  • 4 tablespoons [60 mL] finely ground Jamaican coffee
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] grated orange rind
  • 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL ] cinnamon
  • 1 [1-inch / 2.5-cm] long piece vanilla bean
  • Hint ground clove
  • 1 cups [1 L] hot boiling water
  • Into a tightly closed plastic bag, well mix together all dry ingredients; transfer mixture into a paper coffee filter.
  • Arrange into a coffee filter and slowly pour hot boiling water over mixture.
  • Leave to drip, then serve.
