Creamy Iced Colombian Coffee Chocolate Drink

  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] strong cold Colombian coffee [6 tablespoons / 90 mL coffee powder for 6 ounces / 190 mL water]
  • 2 scoops coffee ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] milk
  • 6 ounces [190 mL] really cold milk chocolate drink
  • Whipped cream, to decorate
  • 1 drained Maraschino cherry, to decorate
  • Pour cold coffee into a tall glass.
  • Add ice cream scoops.
  • Fill glass with really cold milk chocolate drink.
  • Garnish with whipped cream, then top whipped cream with Maraschino cherry.
  • Serve immediately.
