- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] concentrated Viennese cinnamon coffee [6 tablespoons / 90 mL coffee concentrate for 6 ounces / 190 mL water]
- Sugar, to taste
- 2 scoops coffee ice cream
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] milk
- 6 ounces [190 mL] really cold carbonated water
- Whipped cream, to decorate
- 1 coffee bean, to decorate

- Pour coffee into a tall glass.
- Sweeten coffee before adding coffee ice cream scoops.
- Pour in milk, then fill glass with really cold carbonated water.
- Garnish with whipped cream, then top whipped cream with coffee bean.
- Serve immediately.
