Creamy Iced Coffee

  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] concentrated Viennese cinnamon coffee [6 tablespoons / 90 mL coffee concentrate for 6 ounces / 190 mL water]
  • Sugar, to taste
  • 2 scoops coffee ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] milk
  • 6 ounces [190 mL] really cold carbonated water
  • Whipped cream, to decorate
  • 1 coffee bean, to decorate
  • Pour coffee into a tall glass.
  • Sweeten coffee before adding coffee ice cream scoops.
  • Pour in milk, then fill glass with really cold carbonated water.
  • Garnish with whipped cream, then top whipped cream with coffee bean.
  • Serve immediately.
