Low-Fat Cake Cookies

Comments: These are temperamental cookies. If it does not work the first time, keep trying.
I sometimes add a little vanilla to the batter.
This recipe can be done with any cake mix.

  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] fat free sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 white or yellow low-fat cake mix
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] low-fat chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] egg substitute [whites don't work]
    • Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C] or to 375°F [190°C].
    • Mix together all ingredients, until well blended.
    • Drop spoonfuls of batter onto a greased cookie sheet.
    • Bake into preheated oven, for 8 to 12 minutes.
