- 2 [1-ounce / 28-g each] squares semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] peanut butter
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] brown sugar
- 1/4 cup [60 g] butter
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] milk
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups [210 g] flour
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] baking soda
- 1 [6-ounce / 170-g] package white chocolate chips, chopped
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] chopped pecans

- Into a microwe-safe bowl, melt semi-chocolate squares.
- Add peanut butter, brown sugar and butter; beat until creamy.
- Beat in milk and egg, until fluffly.
- Stir in flour, baking soda, white chocolate chunks and chopped pecans.
- Drop teaspoonsfuls [5 mL] mixture onto an ungreased baking sheet, approximately 1-inch [2.5-cm] apart.
- Flatten slightly.
- Bake into a preheated 375°F [190°C] oven, for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Do not overbake.
- Cool onto baking sheet 5 minutes before removing onto a rack.
