Easy Lemon Cookies

  • 1 pack lemon-flavoured cake mix
  • 2 cups [500 mL] frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 large egg
  • Icing sugar
  • Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
  • Grease a cookie sheet.
  • Mix together lemon flavoured cake mix, thawed whipped cream and egg.
  • Dough will be sticky and thick.
  • Shape dough, 1 teaspoon [5 mL] at a time, into balls.
  • Dip balls into icing sugar, rolling balls until well coated.
  • Arrange balls, 1 1/2 inches [4 cm] apart, onto prepared cookie sheet.
  • Bake into preheated oven, for 10 to 15 minutes.
