- 1 pack lemon-flavoured cake mix
- 2 cups [500 mL] frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 large egg
- Icing sugar

- Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
- Grease a cookie sheet.
- Mix together lemon flavoured cake mix, thawed whipped cream and egg.
- Dough will be sticky and thick.
- Shape dough, 1 teaspoon [5 mL] at a time, into balls.
- Dip balls into icing sugar, rolling balls until well coated.
- Arrange balls, 1 1/2 inches [4 cm] apart, onto prepared cookie sheet.
- Bake into preheated oven, for 10 to 15 minutes.
