- 3 tablespoons [45 g] sugar
- 3 teaspoons [15 mL] cinnamon
- 1 [18-ounce / 510-g] pack refrigerated sugar cookie dough

- Preheat oven to 325°F [160°C].
- Into a bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon.
- Cut refrigerated sugar cookie dough along dotted lines.
- Coat each section with sugar/cinnamon mixture.
- Arrange cookies, 2 inches [5 cm] apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake cookies into preheated oven for 15 to 17 minutes, until cookies are firm all around yet still soft in the centers.
- Leave to cool onto cookie sheets for 2 minutes, before transferring cookies onto racks; leave to cool completely.
