- 1/4 cup [60 mL] coffee beans
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] chocolate chips
- 1 cup [250 mL] pancake mix
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] baking soda
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
- 1 cup [250 mL] frosted flakes cereals
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] milk
- Icing sugar, to sprinkle

- Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
- Grind coffee beans.
- Into a small micorwave-safe bowl, mix together ground coffee beans and chocolate chips; microwave for 2 minutes, stir and reserve.
- Into a large bowl, mix together pancake mix, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, frosted flakes, egg and milk.
- Pour chocolate chips and ground coffee beans mixture into pancake mix mixture and stir together.
- Grease a cookie sheet.
- Shape dough [kind of runny] into 1/2 tablespoon ]7,5 mL] size balls.
- Arrange apart onto greased cookie sheet.
- Bake into preheated oven until done, until a toothpick poked into the center comes out clean.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with sifted icing sugar, and serve.
