Apricot Brandy Sauce

Comments: Serve hot or at room temperature.

  • 12 ounces [340 mL] canned apricots, with juice
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] water
  • 3 tablespoons [45 mL] Brandy
  • Into a small saucepan, mix together apricots with juice and water.
  • Bring to a boil, over medium heat, stirring.
  • Stir in Brandy.
