Apricot Brandy Sauce

Serve hot or at room temperature.

12 ounces [340 mL] canned apricots, with juice
1 tablespoon [15 mL] water
3 tablespoons [45 mL] Brandy
Into a small saucepan, mix together apricots with juice and water.
Bring to a boil, over medium heat, stirring.
Stir in Brandy.
