- 2 apples
- 1 3/4 ounces [50 mL] honey
- 1 tablespoon [15 g] sugar
- 2 tablespoons [30 g] butter
- 1 3/4 ounces [50 mL] thick cream
- 2 4/5 ounces [80 g] Mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] cinnamon

- Preheat oven to 400°F [200°C / th. 6/7].
- Peel, half lengthwise and core apples.
- Arrange apple halves into an oven-proof dish; completely coat with honey, sprinkle with sugar and dot with butter.
- Bake apples into preheated oven for 5 to 10 minutes; transfer apples into a serving dish or individual dishes.
- Pour cream into cooking juices.
- Bring to a hard boil.
- Coat apples with hot cooking juices.
- Fill the center of each apple with Mascarpone cheese.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
