- Fresh fruits, to taste
- 1 part sugar [syrup]
- 1 part water [syrup]

- Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
- Rinse and, if desired, peel fruits; leave fruits whole or cut fruits into pieces.
- Arrange fruits into a baking dish; pour in enough syrup [equal part of sugar and water] to completely cover fruits or fruit pieces.
- Cover dish.
- Bake into preheated oven, for 30 minutes.
- Cool and refrigerate before serving, really cold.
