- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] cornstarch
- 1/4 cup [60 g] sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup [250 mL] strained reserved canned Bing cherry juices
- 1 cup [250 mL] canned drained Bing cherries

- Into a casserole, mix together cornstarch, sugar and salt.
- Slowly stir in strained cherry juices.
- Cover casserole; simmer for 5 minutes, over medium-high heat.
- Shortly before serving, add drained Bing cherries, until well warmed-up.
