Brandy Hard Sauce
Servings: 2 1/2 cups [625 mL]
  • 2 cups [500 mL] icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup [115 g] softened butter
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] Brandy [Eau-de-Vie]
  • Beat together icing sugar, softened butter and Brandy, until smooth.
