Banana Fritters
  • 1 1/2 cups [210 g] flour
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] baking powder
  • 1 cup [250 mL] banana slices
  • 1/2 cup [100 g] sugar
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] milk
  • Pinch salt
  • Butter or frying oil
  • Thoroughly yet delicately mix together flour, baking powder, banana slices, sugar, milk and salt.
  • Spoon spoonfuls mixture, into hot melted butter or hot frying oil, into a frypan.
  • Brown on both sides.
