- 1 1/2 cups [210 g] flour
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] baking powder
- 1 cup [250 mL] banana slices
- 1/2 cup [100 g] sugar
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] milk
- Pinch salt
- Butter or frying oil

- Thoroughly yet delicately mix together flour, baking powder, banana slices, sugar, milk and salt.
- Spoon spoonfuls mixture, into hot melted butter or hot frying oil, into a frypan.
- Brown on both sides.
