Banana Pudding
  • 1 [4-serving] box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 [10 1/2-ounce / 300-mL] can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 [8-ounce / 227-mL] container whipped topping
  • Vanilla wafers
  • Banana slices
  • Into a really large bowl, prepare vanilla pudding mix following packaging instructions.
  • Mix in sweetened condensed milk, stirring.
  • Fold in whipped topping, until well combined [mixture should be really thick].
  • Into a decorative mold, arrange half of vanilla wafers, side-by-side; top with some vanilla pudding mixture.
  • Then top vanilla pudding mixture with banana slices; top with more vanilla pudding mixture.
  • Repeat layers, using remaining ingredients.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
