- 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] Mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup [250 mL] mixed berrie such as strawberries, rapsberries, blueberries...
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] finely grated lemon rind
- 4 baked patty shells, cooled
- Maple syrup

- Really delicately, making sure not to break-up the berries, mix together Mascarpone cheese and berries into a bowl.
- Delicately mix in finely grated lemon rind.
- Arrange patty shells onto 4 individual small plates.
- Evenly fill cooled patty shells with mixture.
- Pour just a thread of maple syrup on top of each, and serve.
