- 1 cup [250 mL] cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] minced green onion
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] chili sauce
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] mayonnaise [regular or light]
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley, to taste

- In a blender, mix together cottage cheese, green onions, chili sauce, yogurt, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and parsley, to desired consistency.
