Cottage Cheese Dip

  • 1 cup [250 mL] cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] minced green onion
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] mayonnaise [regular or light]
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, to taste
  • In a blender, mix together cottage cheese, green onions, chili sauce, yogurt, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and parsley, to desired consistency.
