Magic Dip

Comments: One more easy to do, excellent recipe for in-a-hurry people.
This dip can alo be served in a hollowed-out bread.
IngredientsPreparation
  • 1 [10-ounce / 284-g] pack frozen spinach
  • 1 cup [250 mL] sour cream
  • 1 cup [250 mL] mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] finely chopped onion
  • 1 pack cream of vegetable soup mix
  • Thaw then drain spinach.
  • Into a blender, mix together spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise and finely chopped onion.
  • Stir in vegetable soup mix.
  • Thoroughly mix.
  • Refrigerate for at least 12 hours before serving.
