Magic Dip

One more easy to do, excellent recipe for in-a-hurry people.
This dip can alo be served in a hollowed-out bread.
Ingredients
Preparation
1 [10-ounce / 284-g] pack frozen spinach
1 cup [250 mL] sour cream
1 cup [250 mL] mayonnaise
1/4 cup [60 mL] finely chopped onion
1 pack cream of vegetable soup mix
Thaw then drain spinach.
Into a blender, mix together spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise and finely chopped onion.
Stir in vegetable soup mix.
Thoroughly mix.
Refrigerate for at least 12 hours before serving.
