Mexican Pizza Dip

  • 8 3/4 ounces [250 g] light or regular cream cheese
  • 1 cup [250 mL] plain yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 jar salsa, medium or hot
  • Vegetables [cucumbers, tomatoes, sweet peppers...]
  • Yellow or two-color Cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
  • Chips
  • Raw vegetables
  • Bring cream cheese to room temperature.
  • In a blender, mix together cream cheese and yogurt or sour cream.
  • Transfer mixture into a large bowl.
  • Pour salsa over cheese mixture.
  • Cut chosen vegetables into very small pieces; evenly spread pieces over salsa.
  • Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  • Now is the time to dip in chips or raw vegetables!
