- 8 3/4 ounces [250 g] light or regular cream cheese
- 1 cup [250 mL] plain yogurt or sour cream
- 1 jar salsa, medium or hot
- Vegetables [cucumbers, tomatoes, sweet peppers...]
- Yellow or two-color Cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
- Chips
- Raw vegetables

- Bring cream cheese to room temperature.
- In a blender, mix together cream cheese and yogurt or sour cream.
- Transfer mixture into a large bowl.
- Pour salsa over cheese mixture.
- Cut chosen vegetables into very small pieces; evenly spread pieces over salsa.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Now is the time to dip in chips or raw vegetables!
