Marshmallow Dip

Comments: Excellent with fruits and/or angel food cake.
Try using Creme de Menthe or Amaretto liqueur instead of vanilla!
IngredientsPreparation
  • 1 jar creamed marshmallow
  • 8 ounces [227 g] cream cheese
  • 1 to 2 teaspoon [5 to 10 mL] vanilla
  • Remove marshmallow jar lid; microwave until marshmallow just starts to swell, for a few seconds.
  • With an electric mixer, beat together marshmallow and cream cheese.
  • Add vanilla.
  • Beat until well blended.
  • Keep refrigerated, until ready to serve.
