Marshmallow Dip

Excellent with fruits and/or angel food cake.
Try using Creme de Menthe or Amaretto liqueur instead of vanilla!

1 jar creamed marshmallow
8 ounces [227 g] cream cheese
1 to 2 teaspoon [5 to 10 mL] vanilla
Remove marshmallow jar lid; microwave until marshmallow just starts to swell, for a few seconds.
With an electric mixer, beat together marshmallow and cream cheese.
Add vanilla.
Beat until well blended.
Keep refrigerated, until ready to serve.
