Fresh Cheese Shrimp Dip

Comments: Serve into a deep bowl, with thin carrot sticks, broccoli flowerets, cauliflower flowerets and other vegetable pieces to taste, to dip in.
Serve as an appetizer to make a change from peanuts..!

  • 1 can shrimps, drained
  • 1 or 2 onions
  • 1 box fresh St Moret-style cheese
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and 5-peppercorn pepper
  • Puree together shrimps and onion[s] into a food processor until smooth.
  • Mix in fresh cheese.
  • Pour in a few drops Worcestershire sauce.
  • Salt and pepper to taste; mix.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
