Serve into a deep bowl, with thin carrot sticks, broccoli flowerets, cauliflower flowerets and other vegetable pieces to taste, to dip in.
Serve as an appetizer to make a change from peanuts..!

| Ingredients | Preparation |
- 1 can shrimps, drained
- 1 or 2 onions
- 1 box fresh St Moret-style cheese
- Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and 5-peppercorn pepper
|
- Puree together shrimps and onion[s] into a food processor until smooth.
- Mix in fresh cheese.
- Pour in a few drops Worcestershire sauce.
- Salt and pepper to taste; mix.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
