Dip for Fruits

Servings: 2 cups [500 mL]
IngredientsPreparation
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] peach or apricot yogurt
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] orange juice concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] pure maple syrup
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] chopped nuts
  • Fruits, whole or pieces [apples, oranges, clementines, kiwis, grapes, bananas...]
  • Mix together peach or apricot yogurt, plain yogurt, orange juice concentrate, maple syrup, grated apple and nuts.
  • Refrigerate.
  • Serve as a dip, along with fruits.
