- 1/2 cup [125 mL] peach or apricot yogurt
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] orange juice concentrate
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] pure maple syrup
- 1 apple, grated
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] chopped nuts
- Fruits, whole or pieces [apples, oranges, clementines, kiwis, grapes, bananas...]

- Mix together peach or apricot yogurt, plain yogurt, orange juice concentrate, maple syrup, grated apple and nuts.
- Refrigerate.
- Serve as a dip, along with fruits.
