- 4 well ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup [125 mLe] mild or medium salsa
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] sour cream
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt

- Peel then half avocados lengthwise; remove seeds.
- Crush avocado meat using a fork.
- Mix in salsa, sour cream and salt until well blended.
- Serve immediately.
