Excellent Guacamole Dip
Comments: Serve along with corn chips.
Servings: Approximately 2 cups [500 mL]
IngredientsPreparation
  • 4 well ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup [125 mLe] mild or medium salsa
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
  • Peel then half avocados lengthwise; remove seeds.
  • Crush avocado meat using a fork.
  • Mix in salsa, sour cream and salt until well blended.
  • Serve immediately.
