Eggs Poached into Maple Syrup

  • 2 cups [500 mL] maple syrup
  • 6 eggs
  • Bring maple syrup to a boil.
  • Break eggs into maple syrup, one at a time.
  • As soon as eggs start to coagulate, delicately turn eggs with a spoon.
  • Simmer until set [do not mix].
  • Serve hot.
