Eggs Poached into Maple Syrup

Preparation
2 cups [500 mL] maple syrup
6 eggs
Bring maple syrup to a boil.
Break eggs into maple syrup, one at a time.
As soon as eggs start to coagulate, delicately turn eggs with a spoon.
Simmer until set [do not mix].
Serve hot.
