- 12 hard-boiled eggs, halved
- 4 tablespoons [60 mL] mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] dill
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] caviar
- 6 slices smoked salmon, chopped
- 4 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- Caviar [to decorate]

- Half hard-boiled eggs.
- Scoop out yolks from egg halves; transfer yolks into a bowl.
- Reserve halved egg whites.
- Into a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, caviar, chopped smoked salmon and green onions.
- Mix well, pressing with a fork.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper; mix well.
- Stuff egg white halves with mixture; decorate with a little caviar.
- Arrange all 24 egg halves onto a serging plate.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
