  • 4 eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • Bring water to a boil.
  • Add pinch of salt.
  • Break 1 egg into a saucer.
  • Delicately yet briskly pour egg into boiling water.
  • Cook for 3 minutes; remove egg using a slotted spoon.
  • Repeat with remaining eggs.
