- 6 eggs
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1 onion, finely minced
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 3/4 pound [340 g] fresh mushrooms, cleaned and cut into pieces
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Beat eggs; set aside.
- Into a frypan, brown together minced garlic and onion and green onion slices until golden brown.
- Add and brown mushroom pieces, then pour in beaten eggs.
- Cook for approximately 5 minutes, over low heat.
