  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] finely chopped sweet pepper [green or red]
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] minced chives
  • 1/8 teaspoon [0.5 mL] salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon [0.5 mL] pepper
  • 3 tablespoons [45 mL] mayonnaise
  • Mix together chopped eggs and sweet pepper, minced chives, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
  • Keep refrigerated, into a thightly closed container, until ready to serve.
