  • Pastry shells or homemade shells
  • Eggs
Homemade shells
  • Bread slices
  • Butter
Homemade shells
  • Remove crusts from bread slices; butter each slice on both sides.
  • Arrange slices into muffin tins, shaping each slice of bread onto the bottom and all around each tin.
  • Bake for a few minutes into a preheated 400°F [200°C] oven.
  • Remove from oven as soon as lightly browned.
Eggs
  • Break one egg in each shell.
  • Bake into a preheated 350°F [180°C] oven, for 15 minutes.
