Cheesy Individually Oven-Steamed Eggs

  • 3 ham slices, diced
  • 1 can button mushrooms, drained
  • 1 cup [250 mL] heavy cream
  • 4 fresh eggs
  • 3 ounces [85 g] grated Roquefort cheese
  • Equally fill 4 individual oven-safe bowls with ham dices, mushroom buttons and cream.
  • Break in eggs; evenly sprinkle with grated Roquefort cheese.
  • Steam eggs into a preheated 350°F [180°C] oven, for 8 to 10 minutes.
