- 3 ham slices, diced
- 1 can button mushrooms, drained
- 1 cup [250 mL] heavy cream
- 4 fresh eggs
- 3 ounces [85 g] grated Roquefort cheese

- Equally fill 4 individual oven-safe bowls with ham dices, mushroom buttons and cream.
- Break in eggs; evenly sprinkle with grated Roquefort cheese.
- Steam eggs into a preheated 350°F [180°C] oven, for 8 to 10 minutes.
