- 1/2 cup [125 mL] oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup [140 g] flour
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] baking powder
- 1/2 cup [115 g] grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Marjoram, to taste
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 4 cups [1 L] grated zucchini

- Beat together oil, eggs, flour, baking powder, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, marjoram, crushed garlic and grated zucchini.
- Pour mixture into a greased 8-inch [20-cm] square pan.
- Bake into a preheated 350°F [180°C] oven, for 1 hour.
