- Butter
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] milk
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] cheese spread
- 2 English muffins, halved and toasted

- Mix together beaten eggs and milk.
- Cook into a lightly buttered frypan, over low heat, stirring until eggs just start to set.
- Mix in half of cheese spread, until melted and eggs are set.
- Completely cover two [2] muffins halves with eggs mixture.
- Spread remaining muffin halves with remaining cheese spread; top eggs mixture with muffin halves.
- Serve.
