Cheesy Scrambled Eggs

  • Butter
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] milk
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] cheese spread
  • 2 English muffins, halved and toasted
  • Mix together beaten eggs and milk.
  • Cook into a lightly buttered frypan, over low heat, stirring until eggs just start to set.
  • Mix in half of cheese spread, until melted and eggs are set.
  • Completely cover two [2] muffins halves with eggs mixture.
  • Spread remaining muffin halves with remaining cheese spread; top eggs mixture with muffin halves.
  • Serve.
