Double-Cheese Scrambled Eggs

  • Margarine
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 spoonfuls cheese spread
  • Toasted English muffin
  • 2 cheese slices
  • Melt margarine into a frypan, over low heat.
  • Add beaten eggs and cheese spread.
  • Cook, stirring, until eggs just start to set.
  • Top a muffin half with a slice of cheese, scrambled eggs and then with remaining slice of cheese.
  • Top with remaining muffin half and serve.
