- Margarine
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 spoonfuls cheese spread
- Toasted English muffin
- 2 cheese slices

- Melt margarine into a frypan, over low heat.
- Add beaten eggs and cheese spread.
- Cook, stirring, until eggs just start to set.
- Top a muffin half with a slice of cheese, scrambled eggs and then with remaining slice of cheese.
- Top with remaining muffin half and serve.
