  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] cheese spread
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Beat eggs.
  • Cook eggs into a non-stick skillet for approximately 1 minute.
  • Meanwhile, melt cheese into a microwave oven.
  • Pour melted cheese all over eggs.
  • Salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Fold omelet, and serve.
