- 1/4 cup [60 g] butter
- 1/4 pound [113 g] cream cheese
- 1 cup [250 mL] heavy cream 35% m.s.g.
- 10 eggs
- 5 slices chopped smoked salmon
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] capers
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] fresh dill
- Salt and pepper

- Melt butter and cheese.
- Add cream, eggs, smoked salmon, capers, dill, salt and pepper.
- Cook over low heat to desired consistency.
