Norwegian-Style Scrambled Eggs

  • 1/4 cup [60 g] butter
  • 1/4 pound [113 g] cream cheese
  • 1 cup [250 mL] heavy cream 35% m.s.g.
  • 10 eggs
  • 5 slices chopped smoked salmon
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] capers
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper
  • Melt butter and cheese.
  • Add cream, eggs, smoked salmon, capers, dill, salt and pepper.
  • Cook over low heat to desired consistency.
