Hard-Boiled Eggs in White Sauce

  • 1 heap tablespoon [15 g] butter
  • 1 heap tablespoon [8.75 g] flour
  • 1 cup [250 mL] milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • Into a saucepan, over low heat, just melt butter [do not brown].
  • Stir in flour.
  • Pour in milk, stirring unti thickened.
  • Salt and pepper.
  • Delicately add egg slices.
