- 1 heap tablespoon [15 g] butter
- 1 heap tablespoon [8.75 g] flour
- 1 cup [250 mL] milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

- Into a saucepan, over low heat, just melt butter [do not brown].
- Stir in flour.
- Pour in milk, stirring unti thickened.
- Salt and pepper.
- Delicately add egg slices.
