- 1 1/2 pounds [680 g] ground beef
- 3 slices white bread, dampened with just a little water
- 2 onions, minced
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] pepper
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] paprika
- 2 tablespoon [30 mL] freshly chopped parsley
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons [60 g] butter
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] oil
- Chopped parsley
- Boiled noodles
- Boiled green peas
- Boiled carrot strips

- Mix together ground beef and dampened bread slices.
- Well mix in minced onions, salt, pepper, paprika and chopped parsley; reserve.
- Boil eggs into hot boiling water for 12 minutes; cool.
- Shell cooled eggs; arrange into a deep dish.
- Completely coat each egg with ground beef mixture.
- Heat together butter and oil; cook coated eggs for 5 minutes on each side.
- Serve, sprinkled with chopped parsley, along with boiled noodles, green peas and carrot strips.
