- 10 eggs
- 1/2 cup [70 g] flour
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
- 2 cup [500 mL] cottage cheese
- 1 pound [454 g] shredded Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup [115 g] melted butter
- 2 [4-ounce / 113-g each] cans diced green chiles

- Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
- Beat eggs until light.
- Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add to eggs.
- Add cottage cheese, shredded Jack cheese and melted butter.
- Stir in chile dices.
- Pour mixture into a greased 12-inch [30-cm] Dutch oven.
- Bake into preheated oven for approximately 35 to 45 minutes, until golden brown on top and center is firm, before serving.
