Scrambled Eggs

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] milk
  • Salt
  • Butter
  • Beat eggs until really thick.
  • Mix in milk; salt to taste.
  • Into a frypan, melt a little butter.
  • Pour eggs into frypan.
  • Cook, stirring until of a light yellow colour.
