- 3 eggs
- 1 cup [250 mL] bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] cooked crumbled ground pork
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] peanut oil

- Beat eggs until thick.
- Mix in bean sprouts, cooked ground pork crumbs, chopped onion and soy sauce.
- Heat peanut oil into a frypan.
- Pour in a little egg mixture at a time, tossing eggs with a spatula as soon as they cool onto ground pork, shaping patties.
- Turn golden patties over; brown on other side.
- Serve immediately, coated with sauce.
