- 6 hard-boiled eggs, shelled
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] jarred sandwich spread
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Half shelled hard-boiled eggs lengthwise; delicately remove egg yolks.
- Mix together egg yolks and sandwich spread; salt and pepper.
- Stuff egg whites with egg yolks mixture.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
