Cream Cheese Scrambled Eggs

  • 1 tablespoon [15 g] margarine
  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • 8 teaspoons [40 mL] milk or cream
  • Salt
  • 3 ounces [85 g] cream cheese, dices
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] chopped chives
  • 1 12 teaspoons [7.5 mL] mixed fine herbs
  • Melt margarine into a large frypan.
  • Mix together beaten eggs and milk or cream; lightly salt.
  • Scramble beaten eggs into hot margarine, until just starting to set.
  • Evenly sprinkle eggs with cream cheese dices, chopped chives and mixed fines herbs.
  • Stir mixture until well mixed, until eggs are done.
