- 1 tablespoon [15 g] margarine
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 8 teaspoons [40 mL] milk or cream
- Salt
- 3 ounces [85 g] cream cheese, dices
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] chopped chives
- 1 12 teaspoons [7.5 mL] mixed fine herbs

- Melt margarine into a large frypan.
- Mix together beaten eggs and milk or cream; lightly salt.
- Scramble beaten eggs into hot margarine, until just starting to set.
- Evenly sprinkle eggs with cream cheese dices, chopped chives and mixed fines herbs.
- Stir mixture until well mixed, until eggs are done.
