- 10 eggs
- 1/2 cup [70 g] flour
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
- 2 cups [500 mL] cottage cheese
- 1 pound [454 g] shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup [115 g] melted butter
- 2 [4-ounce / 114-mL each] cans green chile dices, drained

- Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C]; grease Dutch oven.
- Beat eggs until light.
- Sift together flour, baking powder and salt before adding to beaten eggs.
- Add cottage cheese, shredded Monterey Jack cheese and melted butter.
- Stir in drained green chile dices.
- Pour into greased Dutch oven.
- Bake into preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes, until the top is golden brown and center is firm.
