Jos' Sauce

  • 1 cup [250 mL] salad dressing
  • 3 tablespoons [45 mL] ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL]
    HP sauce
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL]
    57-sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] celery salt [optional]
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] [or more] salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] [or more] pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 g] sugar
  • Mix together all ingredients, until smooth.
  • For a better taste, refrigerate for approximatively 1 hour before serving.
