Epicurean Sauce

IngredientsPreparation
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons [45 mL] mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] prepared mustard
  • 1 finely minced small onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
  • Pinch of Cayenne pepper
  • Whip cream until thick.
  • Fold in mayonnaise or salad dressing, prepared mustard, minced onion, salt and Cayenne pepper, until smooth.
