St-Lawrence Sauce

  • 2/3 cup [160 mL] mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/3 cup [80 mL] ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] vinegar
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] minced green olives
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] minced parsley
  • Pinch of Cayenne pepper
  • Mix together mayonnaise or salad dressing, ketchup and vinegar, until smooth.
  • Stir in minced onion, green olives and parsley; sprinkle with Cayenne pepper.
  • Keep refrigerated.
