- 2/3 cup [160 mL] mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/3 cup [80 mL] ketchup
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] vinegar
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] minced green olives
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] minced parsley
- Pinch of Cayenne pepper

- Mix together mayonnaise or salad dressing, ketchup and vinegar, until smooth.
- Stir in minced onion, green olives and parsley; sprinkle with Cayenne pepper.
- Keep refrigerated.
